Your license

Thank you. Your license is on its way.

As soon as Shopify confirms the payment, your license key is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

What happens now

  1. Look for an email from Caption Suite titled “Your Caption Suite license key”. It holds your key, which starts with CS-.
  2. Download and run the installer from the download page.
  3. Open Caption Suite in your editor, paste the key and choose Activate.

The key is created only after the payment is confirmed. A payment still pending (some bank methods) sends the key when it completes.

No email after 15 minutes?

Check the spam folder, and that the address on your order is right (Account › Orders). Then use Restore license in Caption Suite, or write to us with your order number: we send the key again.
